Welcome to the Nutritional side of the game day!

We all know how hard it can be to keep our nutrition in check during our favourite pastimes. Eating right while still enjoying the occasional splurge can be the ultimate challenge for us all--so this forum is here to help us band together and give the support we need for alternative ways to cook up some awesome sides, main dishes, etc. for that big game!

The biggest part of each recipe posted is the nutritional data. Calories and fat grams are a must for every recipe. So please try to provide this information in your posts. Start with the recipe name in the topic and at the top of the post, recipe ingredients on top and directions after that. The Nutritional data is probably best placed after that.

You can also post lists or suggestions for substitutes for ingredients in a traditional recipe!

So let's share our favorite meals and eat the healthy way to victory!
