Java, I am doing better with exercise than with eating today. I walked a 'double' (did my 3.2 mile route twice with breakfast eaten in between) but I've had the munchies today. So far I haven't had any 'bad' foods, just more 'good' ones than I probably need. I think its because I'm feeling a bit tired - probably the double wasn't a good idea but I wanted to do it LOL. I need to get more serious about eating friendly and testing!!

I know what you mean, Marilyn! I have been a bit hit or miss of late, as well.

I have not gone backwards in past months, and have still been losing, but slowly...
that is good, but I need to refocus for some more serious weight loss.

I met my first goal of April - Get Back in the GAME!

Get back to my lowest weight then begin testing again. I've been kind of hit and miss here lately! Plus I've been upping my steps as my knee is getting back to normal (since my surgery) so I need to see how a day with extra walking affects my weight. So I guess what I'm saying is stick with The Plan!!

My Friend comes back from FL in a week,
My BirthDay is in a month,
I've been on this weightloss journey for a while,
...and have been maintaining at a plateau again lately,
and summer is coming! eek!

I am trying to get in the ReBoot mindset!!!!

addendum:
Finally made a pot of Carrot ginger soup and had some today.

It is not going to be a ReBoot Day, I need to go grocery shopping,
but it is going to be a more committed to The Plan Day!!!!

It's been a long winter and summer will be here soon! swimsuits, short sleeves, etc.
