Welcome to the end of Week 1.

My weight change is "TAH DAH" - 0.

Yup I have not lost a single pound this week. emoticon

How about you?

Now that we are getting into monitoring our Kcal intake. We can see where we are going.
Let's start journaling our workouts. So if you have yet to journal your fitness minutes or your station by station workouts....nows the time to start. And as always record it here at SP or in a notebook. emoticon

Well here it is your opportunity to be part of a SUPER START in 2013. And in just 13 weeks.
