I also have a recipe for oatmeal chocolate protein balls. 2 of those is also a good snack.

I have 2 plans for the chocolate~evening snack 4 oz. of almond milk with 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder (only 3 carbs total) and 1 graham cracker sheet. Another idea was to make a small chocolate banana smoothie early and freeze it then I will have chocolate banana ice cream. I came up with the ice cream idea today. Again I will use the protein powder and some unsweetened cocoa powder. emoticon emoticon

LOL!!! Yep the fruits and salads sound AMAZING!

OK, my friend, what is your plan to curb the chocolate?
Options are to limit the amount you eat - one serving size (if you forbid it - chocolate becomes UNFORGETTABLE!) - and we learn to consume chocolate like a thin person..,

or you could say one day a week will by my Chocolate Splurge day. I understand that it will be quite the splurge at first and after time it will be less of a SPLURGE...

Next - practice these in your mind like a preview of coming attractions - the more relaxed you are when you visualize - the better your mind will help you when the Chocolate opportunity comes up! Visualization is an AMAZING tool!

Can you let us know how it goes? And what works?

THANKS! emoticon

I eat 2-3 fruits a day and eat 1-2 salads per day. My biggest problem is that I eat to much chocolate every day and it is coming to a stop! My fat intake is high but that's because of the chocolate and ice cream I have been eating!

I ate a emoticon today with some pb on sprouted bread toasted! it was yummy. Later I will have a salad and an apple. For a snack this morning I had some carrots with whole wheat crackers and laughing cow cheese. This afternoon I am having 1/8 c. of high protein cereal in my organic plain yogurt with raspberries. My favorite! emoticon

Challenges - I was supposed to have lunch with a friend at a Chinese buffet. Which was going to be a challenge unto itself....

She just emailed... she may not be able to come because she has issue in her office regarding the phones - so NOW change of plans!

... the best laid plans.... sometimes FAIL! emoticon
