Haven't gotten to minimum 5 per day this week, but close - average 3-4 per day. It's hard for me - not a huge fan, so I'm not pressuring myself TOO much. Getting even 1-2 per day is huge for me, and I've succeeded with that since starting here April 1st. Gonna keep trying to increase the amount.

Little by little, step by step, day by day.

I like to add fruit to my breakfast. Cherries are a favourite - frozen or fresh. They lift porridge or cereal and fill you up without adding sugar. Great for sweetening pancakes too! emoticon

Tropicana Farm Stand juice is a great way to get a veggie in for breakfast plus a fruit. It's also good in a smoothie.

On my way to a healthier life.

I started adding vegetable to my breakfast in the form of a smoothie and that helps get the vegetables in .

I've been doing this all along. I to find week 2 easy. But I am still having problems with week 1; I've narrowled my calorie intake down to 1200-2000 calories. Some days I eat more. Mostly 1300-1500. But that's the best I've come up with so far.

For breakfast it's nice to make a green smoothie or a big glass of fruit juice with a big bunch of spinach thrown in. I also really like adding spirulina to my smoothies for a nice boost of protein and nutrients.

One step at a time is the fastest you can go

I eat so many fruits and vegetables in the day. I guess I'll just keep on keeping on. Maybe I'll focus on adding more leafy greens. Where do you find it easy to add in more veggies? Where is it hardest?
