Though my week isn't over I went ahead and took the quiz.
My score was 8/16. I learned new things like dried fruit is 1/4 cup.
Which is the same size as nuts. And that the bread is the size of index card.
I have been eating way too much bread. (Lover of bread and sweets).

I read recently that the fruit and veg requirements vary from country to country, because the organisations / goverments which promote it just set the number as high as they think they can get away with. So for example, here in the UK it is no less than 5 a day. In France it's 10, in Germany it's 8... I might be getting the exact numbers wrong, but they're much higher than 5.

I got 11, and I've taken it before -- I'm just not good at visualizing things. That's why I use my scale and weigh all my foods. (Exceptions are when it's obvious -- a slice of bread that I have the nutrition facts for, etc.)

I got 9 and several 'missed' ones I misread (pre caffeine). I always do that. I think these are always the best reminders . I measure once a month just make sure I am eyeballing things.

and found I got most correct the ones I had problems with were the Peanut Butter and the size of servings for things like proteins and legumes I went under the amount allowed so I scored 13 out of 16 can you beat my score?
