That wasn't the problem. It was showing Ginger Rice almost everyday for lunch. I had it set up for high cholesterol and high blood pressure. When I took the blood pressure off it changed them. Everything is cool now. Thanks for your response.

If you scroll down on the Nutrition Tracker page, there is a button that says remove multiple foods. That might be of some help to you?

I am just getting back on the Spark and I thought it would make it easier for me the first week or so to follow the diet plan provided. I noticed that out of the week that it shows Ginger Rice for dinner on four straight days. This can't be right. I believe in left overs but not four days straight. Am I doing it wrong?
