When I eat because I am distracted: Driving. I am rushing from point A to B stressing over everything else. When I eat the worst: At work. 5 minutes to eat what I can and get back out on the floor.

I am almost not able to answer this one so I must be making progress. I set a goal to make sure to eat away from the computer because it is the biggest challenge to healthy eating that I have. I work from home and get immersed, look up, find I'm hungry and just eat without thinking. Since January 1st, I have discraded the habit and have been on a streak!! No more distracted eating!!

I do about 30 minutes worth of exercises like pushups, sit-ups, lunges, etc. before I shower for work. I also wear a step counter all day and try to keep moving as much as possible. When I get home from work I go on a walk/jog for at least 10 minutes usually averaging a little over an hour each day. On weekends I try and spend most of the day doing something active like skiing, hiking, or playing basketball.

Guess I'd have to say the extra hour for exercise!! I have been consistently managing to fit it in but it does mean I fall behind in other areas.

That is a tough one.. All of the above!!

But if I have to choose just one.. it is.. (drumroll) A personal trainer. I feel like I could get more done with someone pushing me in the right direction. It would also be neat to be shown all the proper forms. I mean I look them up.. but how do you know you are really doing it right??
