No, Spark doesn't have a way to move yourself to different stages anymore. These might help explain how this works:

Hello,

So, I am still in Fastbreak, but I would really like to move on. I meet all my goals, but I just don't write it in everyday. I missed a couple days of writing what I was eating, but after at least two full weeks of this. I exercise regularly and have been even before we started this. I feel that Fastbreak is not where I should be anymore. However, I have not received an e-mail. How can I move on?

Thank you,

UmmZahira
