Thank you for answering. I tried that though. It changed the amount of calories I should be exercising off, but the intake goal (the amount of calories to eat) still stayed the same. It seems to me that it should change (in this case go up) so I am getting the right amount of calories. I would manually do it, but I don't know what the right amount would be in order to still lose the right amount of weight.

Go to your start page (at the top of this page is an orange tab MY TRACKERS. Click on the first word, START. On the left side are your calorie goals (a little ways down,) I think what you are looking for is the 'Change Goal' option there?

Let me know if I misunderstood what you needed.

I am burning more calories in the week than my recommended exercise amount, but my recommended intake amount didn't change. Shouldn't it? How do I make sure the amount I am eating and the amount I am exercising are a good match for the weight I want to lose? It automatically set up when I opened the account, but when I changed the amount I am exercising nothing happened to the amount I am eating. Whew!! I hope you all understand that. Please help. Thank you.
