Hi ladies and looks like we are all weighed up for the month of April so let's take a look at how we all did....

emoticon Barbara...another great month for you (and thanks for your encouragement for me too) emoticon

I had my birthday to content with and made space for that the week before and then quickly dealt with the gain...isn't it good when our plan works for us!! emoticon I'm now on my 7th month of maintaining.

Angie...I know you're actually here in my part of the world at the moment so very well done for finding a scale and YES you're still in your range! emoticon emoticon

Emma I love the emoticons that you use to depict your week! What a emoticon week after week you're still in your range. emoticon

Marj....you had a good month too heading down towards your goal weight! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Diana...good to see you passing by and hope you will join us for the new month. emoticon

Congrats Janet for a month well played! I'm pretty sure today's reading is low due to not having my usual before-bed water. Thinking of reducing my fasting days to maybe 2x per month. Clothes are fitting a little loose and no way I'm sizing down.

Turning my hw in late! I'll be back to catch this week's weigh-in on schedule. Been a bit off my exercise program with taxes and Easter but hoping to get back in the swing. I need to add in some more strength training so I keep gaining muscle. Couldn't wear the suit I had planned to wear for Easter because it was too loose. The good news is I have a whole lot of dresses from my early thirties that now fit me comfortably!

On holiday in England at the moment. If I get near a scale I'll weigh in but I haven't spotted one yet. We don't get back in the US til May 1st so I may just start again in May. I have been out walking a lot & been trying not to eat too much chocolate.

Good luck Janet on the push this month!

The scale started tipping down this week...130 after my weekly fast, wow. Haven't seen that for 15 years at least! I ate more the last couple of days. The two changes that could have made a difference are the 9-week exercise class I just finished and the resistant starch I started including in my diet about a month ago. I suspect the resistant starch since the class coincided with me getting less exercise outdoors. WELCOME SPRING!!
