Did the measurements, too. Hips 37.5", waist about 28". I could get 27.5" but it felt too tight to be trusted. : ) Still messing with my diet to maintain. March goal: be more purposeful/mindful about eating between meals.

Still can't find the measuring tape! Pretty sure my measurements are stable or better. Keeping up with the exercise. Need to see the scale come down a tad.

Started the Whole30 Paleo challenge on Feb 1 - but it was a false start. Started again on Feb 3 and am now on day 12. Feeling good and haven't gone through most of the predicted emotions, maybe because I'm quite used to eating only what I've planned for the day.

Starting weight was 139.2. One of the hard things about this challenge is that I am not supposed to weigh or take measurements until it's over. Maybe I'll learn not to put so much emphasis on the scale?

I'll be back on March 4! emoticon

Didn't take measurements. Started a 2x per week exercise class this week. Late fast again this week but got it in on Tuesday.

I did some tweaking this week. Decided try and leave the 'lose weight' mode and move into maintenance mode. I also found some good for me snacks!

I'm posting tomorrow! I missed my regular fast over the weekend and just completed yesterday. The after-fast number is always low so I wait one day. I find the 1x per week fasting (I skip lunch & dinner) really helps me stay on track.
