waist 27.5 (not budging)

So far, so good, as long as I can stay on track with diet & exercise. No sign I'm in danger of falling below my goal weight with what I'm doing! One of my goals is to have a 27" waist by my birthday in November. Need to keep working on that visceral fat.

SW ~ 147 Trying to stay in maintenance range of 144-146

1/3 ~ Not necessarily a weigh in day but very happy w/the # I saw this morning ~ 145!
1/11 ~ 145 - not sure I'll check it every week but my waist was 34" the other day
1/14 ~ measured my waist to get a more accurate measurement - 32.5" -that may be slightly inaccurate as well since I'm down to 142 lbs now.
1/19 ~ 142
1/25 ~ 142 - still having some digestive issues - may have to see a Dr. if it doesn't improve

Trying to get back to my maintenance weight range of 145-150.

Didn't get my 24 hr fast in this week but still didn't gain, at least according to the scale this AM. I think all the show shoveling and gardening, plus a little more discipline around bedtime snacks helped. More snow today! Expecting up to 12".

Still working on getting on firm maintenance ground. Read an article on Spark saying that in maintenance you may find you need to *increase* exercise. I think this may be true for me so I'm trying to add a bit more walking, gardening, etc., in addition to my formal workouts, especially after meals to even out my blood sugar.

My goal weight when I started SP in September was 135. Low was 132. I've been in maintenance for about 3 weeks. I set my maintenance weight at 133. I'm still experimenting with how to stay at my ideal weight, while continuing to work increasing fat relative to muscle.

Is anyone interested in joining a weekly waist check challenge?

Begin again SW:169

Original GW:125 Achieved 5/2/08.
Change goal to 120 and reached on 8/27/08 .
My Revised GW:120
After 3 years maintaining my 114 lb goal weight, I have regained 55 pounds and have reverted to my original GOAL Weight of 120 lbs and will work to achieve that by my birthday next year or sooner hopefully!
