March 6 - 158 starting the same but I've been exercising and starting a diet/exercise plan with hubby

March 20 157 -- good because appetite is picking up now
March 27 - scale won't wake up this morning! Try again tomorrow

I am off my diet and eating carbs again. This 9 months has been brutal. I have decided that as long as I am in the 140's I will be satisfied.

I ate pretty much what I wanted this month. I am not unhappy at 148. It sure beats 192.
