Sorry I've been a little sparse on the team during this month. Some of you will know I moved on 22nd so much to do etc. Plus cartilage problem!!

So for you all that faithfully weighed in every week....

I'm back (and starting 5 pound higher than when I left off in November ).

Starting Weight - 187.2
Goal for January - 180.0

This is a DOABLE goal if I get on track and I WILL do it again this year. I am disgusted that I have let myself get to this weight again - NO MORE EXCUSES!

1/3 - 187.2
1/10 - 186.4 - Got off to a slow start, didn't really get on track until Monday, but feeling good about my exercise and eating since then.


1/31 - 188.4 - I have been sick since two days after my last weigh-in. Unfortunately, that affected my exercise, but not my appetite. I am feeling better now althought I still have a lingering cough. I feel ready to hit it again tomorrow.

Jan 2 158 -- -1; 8 to go Good start for New Year!
Jan 9 157 - 1; 7 more to go
Jan 16 157 - stayed the same
Jan 23 158 -- close one this time! I'm ending month with a 1 lb lost. Wanting/needing to step up my game in Feb! Really don't want to take 10 months to loose 10 lbs!

The stress, fear, and lack of eating, and lack of sleep for the last three days resulted in this loss. I would not recommend this weight loss technique.

I'd like to lose at least 4 lbs by the end of the month & be back to 147 lbs by the end of April

Starting weight 163 I'm going to weigh on Saturdays

Jan 2nd ~ 162
Jan 9th ~ 163 - wrong direction!
Jan 19th ~ 161 - I fit in my size 10 jeans again, now to get to the size 8's
Jan 26th ~

Trying to get back to my maintenance weight range of 145-150.

1/10 - 186.4 - Got off to a slow start, didn't really get on track until Monday, but feeling good about my exercise and eating since then.
1/17 - 185.4 Haven't exercised since Saturday (been sick - still am)

I am almost back to my pre-Christmas weight of 148.2. My January goal is to lose 5 pounds. My April goal is to weigh 130. I have changed to weighing on Monday.
