Happy new 2013 to all!!

I track my food here at Spark, but I also keep a food journal that I personally write in....it is more helpful to me to have to be disciplined to write it, and it helps me a lot!! I also track my exercise daily on a small calandar and only missed one day last month, due to a fall on my kitchen floor, but pushing through, keeping a positive attitude helps me....and oh, yes, talking out loud positively only like "You're better than a 2nd piece of cheescake (lol), or Just do it, you can do it"

You bite it, you write it....try it....food journals have been proven to help people lose and maintain! God bless!

I'm here for tracking water and fruit and veggies. Also I'm trying a new plan that I'm still working out

Jan 1 - 8 water; 1188 calories; 60.56% Carb; 24.22 fats;15.22 protein little high carb and need to up the other 2a bit
Jan 2 - 1553;62% carb;16 protien; 22% fats
Jan 3- very good breakfast and lunch then had popcorn and ate at Logan's RoadHouse. No calories tracked! but did get in 8+ water amd 5 fruit/veggies
Jan4 - 1469;59% carb;18% prot; 24 % fats
Jan 5- ate out with brother. ordered a salad with grilled chicken and bacon; dinner made homemade chicken veg soup and had a turkey/avocado/tomato salad/ 8 waters and 6+ f/v
Jan 6 - didn't count calories but was very conscious of choices. Good healthy brunch and dinner. 8 water; 8 f/v
Jan 7 -- healthy food - 8 water; 7f/v, 30 minutes exercising
Jan 8 - ate out twice but made healthy choices. 8 water; 5 f/v; 15 mall walking
Jan 9 - 8 water; 8 f/v fighting nibling urge due to some stress
Jan 10 - 8 water;6 f/v;30 exercise
Jan 11 - BAD
Jan 12 - Getting back on track
