I'm not very proud of my food and activity choices over the last few days/weeks--and my activity has been sputtering too. I wish I could get myself kicked in the butt!

Didn't want to drag myself out of bed this morning :) Mondays...got my coffee this morning from the kids in the alternate classroom at our school--they opened up a coffee place :) and they always have some kind of sweet treat they give away with a purchase---that I have avoided until now---today, the student had it already served up on a napkin for me, and it was an adorable melted snowman sugar cookie--I ate it with my lunch a few minutes ago. The good news is that I found a recipe for it on Spark, so I tracked it already, and I still have at least 2 walks left to take today to help burn it off emoticon

Yesterday was better--binge-wise, and today is even better. I've been busy with puttering around the house. It's quiet now, because the kids are all gone from the house for a while--my own and the extras--I feel like Kitty Foreman sometimes with all these teenagers hanging out @ my house emoticon

Suddenly moving one of our children to St. Louis to live. So busy!! Lot of exercise, which is good. Food, okay, but the exercise will help!

The students my colleague and I work with over the lunch hour planned a holiday potluck a few weeks back for us to have today--it was so much fun, and the food was good :) Hard to track when it's a potluck--but I did my best emoticon

It is just gorgeous today--I'm kinda kicking myself for still being inside--walked to church and took a short walk with the BF and the dog after church--fixed breakfast (whole wheat pancakes and eggs) for the kids--had my oatmeal, fruit, and eggs--cleaned up...gave the dog a bath, and I wanna get outside some more--should go out to BF's house and go for a walk in the woods with him:)

Doing laundry and yard work today. Wish we could get a few more degrees on the thermometer, but it's still a pretty day! Working hard on myself today to get back fully on track starting tomorrow. I've been having a hard time "just doing it".

Had a wonderful productive day yesterday--didn't get the lawn mowed--don;t have enough mixed fuel to do the whole lawn, and I hate to mix up another can when I only need it once. I don't like to have mixed fuel sit all winter--then have it left over in the spring, so I decided that I am going to have to be ok with not getting it mowed one more time--it's a small thing:)
I was awake early (because the dog had to pee, and she didn't know that 6:30 is now 5:30 emoticon emoticon )
It's lovely to have time for spark and coffee before church tho :)
