Today is a well-being activity:

Last week was The National Random Acts of Kindness Week, but why single out one week a year....?

The Task/Challenge: Find 3 acts of random kindness that you can perform for another person. If the situation arises today where you feel frustrated or angry, take a moment and smile. If you can let it go and move on to the next moment. If you make a mistake above all be kind to yourself forgive yourself and know that it is another opportunity to learn from and gain self improvement.

When you do something nice for another person you’ll also get a positive burst of emotion that will make you happier. Some studies even suggest that volunteering provides the same emotional boost as a win fall.

Pay It Forward:
Some easy ways to make a difference:
§ Read to a child or elderly person
§ Bake Cookies and take them to a homeless Shelter
§ Praise someone for their accomplishments
§ Learn to forgive and let someone know that all is forgiven
