Hopefully you all got the change to move this weekend... I was able to add in some quick exercise videos from Spark People both days and took the dogs on two longer walks yesterday!

Get up and move around for at least 10 minutes within the next hour.

How to do it
Sometime in the next hour, get up and move for at least 10 minutes. Take a brisk walk. Put on some music and dance. If you're in an office, hit the stairwell and go up and down a few flights of stairs. If you aren't able to be that mobile, try simply stretching your arms overhead, then down to your toes, or roll your shoulders and flex your wrists and fingers.

Why it matters
Working at desks, commuting, watching TV, sitting around the table and talking - we spend a lot more time sitting than past generations did. Simple movements spread throughout the day can prevent that tired feeling that comes from too much sitting.

Auguste Rodin made more than 20 bronze casts of The Thinker. They appear in museums as far-flung as Paris, Stockholm, Moscow, Tokyo, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Chicago, and Kansas City.
