DH washed the bedding yesterday...I didn't get to help him make the bed at all.

I straightened my side of the bed as soon as I got out of it, just like I do each morning. But I almost forgot to go back and really do the job right because of the DH and pets slept in.

Make your bed this weekend.

How to do it
Take a minute or two to restore order to your bed. You don't need hospital corners or perfectly placed pillows; a quick pass will do. As you make the bed, be mindful of how wrinkled, tangled-up sheets and blankets can be smoothed and tidied in not much time.

Why it matters
Making your bed creates a more restful, welcoming environment and makes your bedroom feel neater. This can help lower your stress level and create more calm when you turn in for the night. You may even sleep better, which can leave you more refreshed and happy the next day.

Fun Fact
Mark Twain wrote "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" in a massive oak bed carved with angels.
