Today is another active challenge.

It seems that we find ourselves stationary and in the sitting position for a great many hours during the day. I hear all the time how difficult it is to find time to bring activity into our lives. People say I can’t find the extra time to workout. Well here is a solution to the problem, no extra time needed.

The Task/Challenge:
In a seat position do some chair exercises and stretches. Any time you find yourself seated try to use the opportunity to fit in some of the exercises. Do at least two sessions to complete the task. Remember, never push pass your limit and never settle for just barely doing the task. When you are done give yourself a standing ovation..
