The Challenge/Task: emoticon

Think positive thoughts and every hour that you are awake praise yourself for something that is good about you or your day. You may even want to jot them down.

Focus on the positive things and smile about all the good things you have in your life, this act will put you on the road to a sense of well being and wellness.

Today as you go about your life resist the urge to complain about anything or blame anyone for anything. As you listen to your conversations with yourself and others monitor if you think negative thoughts, complain or blame. If you do, quickly change gears and replace with the positive outlook.

Remember everyday we are blessed with the opportunity to be forgiven.. by accepting this we have the opportunity to pursue our destiny with joy and happiness.
