In the season of out with the old and in with the new, This weekends’ challenge is to find at least 2-5 items of clutter that you will get rid of that is no longer necessary.

A big part of feeling good and well being is a sense of freedom and accomplishment, as well as helping others.

Free yourself from those items that no longer bring you joy or usefulness.

Donating these items to someone or a group that could use them rather than throwing them away.

And don’t forget to track the time you spend decluttering or dancing on your fitness track!

Please share some of the things you are discarding, why and if you feel better without the clutter.
