SLEEP

As anyone who's had a sleepless night will tell you, sleep deprivation can make for a very tough day. Not getting enough sleep can make it hard to remember things and concentrate on tasks. Sleeplessness can also affect your mood by making you feel impatient and short-tempered. By getting even a little bit of extra sleep, you set yourself up for a more positive and productive day.
