Joining jazzercise tomorrow again I used to belong full time then morning classes canceled. But new offer sounds good and 600 calories burned 60 min

Start back to exercising at least 3 days a week, and running again. Put myself back on a budget, so I have more savings for a great vacation next year!!!

My thrifty challenge for September is to complete our garage sale. We want to take a small vacation and the money from our garage sale will help us do that.

My weight loss challenge for September is to walk at least 3 days a week and do yoga at least 3 days a week. This will help be regain and strengthen my muscles in my knee after surgery...and hopefully help prevent more surgery.

I'm not there yet, but I am closer then I was yesterday.

Neat idea with the curtain panels...made me think of using tablecloth for some kitchen curtains I've been wanting to make!! Thanks for the inspiration!

Make my tablecloth by sewing together 2 curtain panels I have that are too short for the window but long enough for the table.

Get back to a regular running schedule.

Original SW on 1/1/11 - 204.4 lbs.
Original GW on 9/1/11 - 134.5 lbs
Original GOAL ACHIEVED! 70 lbs. banished!

Time zone: EST +6 hours

New SW on 1/1/19 - 204, back to the very beginning
New GW by 12/31/20 - 135

Mind the Gap! between what we know we should do and what we actually choose to do.
