___ Spring is here! If you didn't have your lawn equipment serviced in the fall, get it scheduled now. If you've decided to hire a service to maintain your yard, then start researching landscaping companies today--before these services get too busy.

___ Make a list of winter accessories and equipment that need to be replaced for next year. For instance, I was in a store the other day and they had snow/rain boots on sale for less than $10 a pair! Now is the perfect time to pick up seasonal items at a fraction of the cost.

___ This week, invest time in a pressing project AND a fun project that need your attention. For example, right now I am focusing on getting my daughter registered at a new school, as my pressing project. I am also dropping a handwritten note in the mail each week to my good friends, as my fun project.

1) Groom your pet Put newspapers down to collect the hair and do a thorough job of brushing your pet's hair, giving special attention to the places that tend to get matted...the back near the tail, the underpart of the neck, and the tummy. It's good bonding time for you and your pet and there will be less hair to sweep up off the floor later.

2) Replace filters on water pitchers If you use a water filter, such as Brita, replace the pitcher's filter. This tends to be one of those little tasks thatís easy to overlook and let slide.

3) Get greeting cards ahead of time On errand day, pick up any birthday or anniversary cards that you will need for the month. Sign, address and stamp the cards and write on your calendar the date to be mailed.

4) Change up a few things in your routine Change your walking route or choose a shirt in a color you donít normally wear. It's good for your brain to deviate from routine on occasion.

5) Make an everyday task more efficient Name one thing you do every single day that you think could be taken care of faster. This might be a task that you can automate, like email filtering and forwarding, or maybe even something you can delegate to someone

Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit says the Lord of hosts. Zechariah 4:6 NKJV
