Small accomplishments give us the energy we need to move on to bigger and better challenges. Here are 3 things you can start...and finish...this week!

1) Wake up call This week try not to use your snooze button. When your alarm goes off, donít squeeze in any more shut-eye. Instead turn your alarm off, swing your legs over the edge of the bed and take 5 deep breaths before jumping into action.

2) Drink up Keeping yourself hydrated has many benefits. Water is a great, calorie-free tool to help you lose weight and it keeps your skin looking healthy. This week, challenge yourself to drink 64 oz. of water a day. Keep track using pencil and paper or a cell phone app.

3) Make a breakfast station To make breakfast-time easier, stock a serving platter or countertop tray with all the breakfast essentials you need, like: bowls, spoons, breakfast cereal, napkins, and so on.
