This week’s mini challenges include something for everyone...whether you’re involved in back-to-school tasks, need some help with meal planning, or are just trying to eliminate clutter, we’re here for you!

1) Create a homework center Create a specific area where your children can do their homework without distractions and that is stocked with pens, pencils and other necessary supplies. It’s better to have a consistent place, rather than homework being done here, there and everywhere. My daughter uses the breakfast counter. I have a specific kitchen drawer that I’ve emptied out for her in which I keep everything she needs to get her homework accomplished.

2) Brainstorm 21 meals At dinner tonight, with the assistance of each family member, brainstorm a list of 21 meals you all like to eat. This will result in your food menu for the next three weeks.

3) Keep clutter at bay Carve out 15 minutes and remove some clutter from one room of your home to. Grab a minimum of five items you no longer need. Put them in a donation box OR toss in your trash container. www.getorganizednow.com/organizing-c
