Hey team! Instead of starting a new thread for encouragement, I thought would just write on this thread to say what I want to!

The Black team is well ahead of the Blue team with points, but it's not about the points. It is about getting to know others and pushing yourself a little harder. I am a competitive person, so having challenges keeps me motivated. So keep up the great work!

The seperate teams plan did not turn out like I thought it would! I'm kind of bummed about that. I expected more people to be serious about this challenge, especially when they signed up for it. So, next time we have a challenge like this that is more than a month, I will wait and make sure we have serious people involved in it before I split everyone into teams. Because of my plan backfiring, Blue Team has only one person on the team! She is doing a fantastic job at getting points for herself! I think it would have been more interesting if we had more people involved, just to see how many points and pounds we could lose together, not as seperate teams, but as a team.

Maybe a few months down the road, I will have a challenge similar to this one and see if it has a better turn out!
