Give yourself 5 points for drinking 8 cups(64 oz) of water and 1 point for each ounce you drink after the 64 ounces.

Give yourslef 5 points for every 30 minutes of cardio you do each day.

Total points for week 5: 503 {misread the calculations on the water...I drink a gallon of water a day so I'm guessing the calculation is suppose to be 64oz(8 cups) 5 pts + 64 extra oz = 69 pts}
