Information Thread Only! No other posts allowed! Questions here in this thread are ok, but nothing else!


Here are the rules for the October Biggest Loser Challenge:

Starts: October 1st, 2012
Ends: December 21st, 2012 (12 weeks)

1. You must sign-up! Sign-ups close on September 30th at Noon Central Time
2. You have to send me a picture of your feet on the scale, clear enough to see your weight, on September 30th by 6 p.m. Central Time. Must be taken on the 30th!

3. On the 30th, after sign-ups close, I will have everyone divided into two teams (Blue or Black). You will receive a message from me with everyone's names on it saying which team you and everyone else will be on.
4. After you have received your message and know what team you are on, you will need to go into the thread with your team color on it and post your starting weight. You will need to post this by October 1st Noon Central Time. This is where you will be posting your weekly weigh in results also!

There will be one challenge a week. This challenge must be done by everyone on the team. If you do not participate in the weekly challenges, you will be eliminated from the Biggest Loser team.

Weekly weigh-ins: Once a week weigh-in and post your weight in the thread of your team color. You can use your usual weigh-in day. Weigh-in posts need to be posted by each Friday by Mindnight Central Time. ****I Do Not Need A Picture Each Week.****

Weekly Challenges: The weekly challenge will have two parts, one fitness related and one not related to fitness. Remember, you have to participate in each week's challenge, or you will be eliminated.
***The team with the most points from the weekly challenges will receive goodies each week.
***Person with the most points from all of the challenges combined will get a gift card, with a value of $10.

Biggest Loser Winner: Each week I will keep track of what percent of body weight each person has lost. These results will be posted by me by Saturday.
***Final Weigh-in will be your weight for the week of December 17th-21st. All weights of members need to be posted no later than Noon Central Time on the 21st of December. You will need to send me a picture of your feet on the scale to show your weight, no later than Noon Central Time on the 21st of December.
***Person with the most weight lost (% of body weight), will win a prize with the value of $25.

Special Rules:

1. Encourage your teammates at least twice a week! Come to the thread that will say Encouragement for the _______ (black or blue) team; post your encouragement! This is a good way to get to know others and keep others moving as well!

2. Participate in the weekly challenge, no misses.

3. No negativity! Keep positive attitudes!

This seems to be a lot, but it's not. Once we get this started, it will be a lot of fun!
