This week I will be going on vacation to Colorado! I am excited!

This week's challenge is this:

Stay within(or under) calorie range; if you do this, give yourself 2 points daily

Points per hour of sleep; give yourself 1 point for every hour of sleep you get a night (naps do not count)

Do some exercise outside; give yourself 1 point for gettting outside and doing exercise each day
