I have had a lot of distractions going on around me since July 4th! I think it is time to get myself back on track! So I have a challenge that I think will get me and others on the right track/ to continue on the right track!
This challenge includes eating more fruits/veggies and getting in more cardio in a day! Hope you will join in!

You give yourself 1 point for eating 5 servings of fruit or veggies each day. You give yourself 2 points for every 30 minutes of cardio you do a day (if you did 120 minutes of cardio, that would equal 8 points).
We will be doing this for a week. Each week I will change it up a bit. Who ever gets the most points at the end of August, will receive goodies! It starts tomorrow!
