The drop and give me 20 April challenge

A little different. For each number done you will earn 10 points for each. Where it says no limit..that means for each visit or blog read! Cool huh?? This month I plan to add some extra bonus challenges on the challenge thread. Looking for something fun and healthy ....we will be working those bodies!! Woot!! . Swimsuit season is coming!!! Oh my!! We will be ready!

Total points

1. Drink 64 oz of water daily or more
2. Eat lots of Veggies
3. Cut down on the "white" food group (sugar, flour, potatoes, rice, etc... and things made from them)
4. Cardio daily
5. Strength train daily ...alternate those muscle groups
6Report here in this thread at least 3 times per week
7. Sweets...limit. I know. This social distancing makes it hard
8. Turn up the radio and just dance!
9. Log in your food and fitness minutes
10. Read others blogs...no limit
11. Go and leave a positive note on another's spark page...no limit
12. Try a new workout...
13 stand whenever you can
14. Commercial break??? Walk in place, crunches, hula hoop..you get it
15 . Longer days...enjoy the evening air...
16. Yoga poses...google some and try out some new ones
17. Eat breakfast
18. Multivitamins...daily
19. Planks..oh my...
20. No eating after 8 pm
21. Remain positive...this to shall pass
22 make sure you have your down time. We all need this

Once again...change up your page and earn 50 points. Change your profile picas often as you like and earn a bonus of 10 points daily!
