Let's make this month simple....not mistaken for easy though:-)

Daily 10 points each

Stay in calorie range
Drink plenty of H20
Wear a ped
Stretch throughout the day
Park as far from any entry as possible
Wear sunblock

Daily bonus. 20 points each

For every 2000 steps
Standing as much as you can during day
Fidgeting
Planks
Push ups
Squats
Calf raises
Dumbbell curl to overhead press

Going the added distance 40 points each

Jumping jacks
Burpees
KB work
Barbell squats
HIIT workout
Dance
Ab work
Walking lunges
