Cardio 30 min
Strength. Alternate muscle groups
Wear a ped. ....every mile earn 10 extra points ..love this!

Daily grind. 10 points each set of 10
Push ups
Planks .. 30 sec hold
Crunches
Pull ups
Squats

Final push. 10 points each set.

Jump...rope , in place..etc 10 points-per minute
Sprint ...10 points each
Walking push ups
Reverse crunches
Play basketball. 10 points each minute
