Yesterday : 20 mins biking on the hometrainer and the bootcamp workout video day 3 Today : the 10 mins bootcamp cardio video and the bootcamp video day 4
Walked intervals in the neighborhood with Runkeeper coach for 28 mins and completed the cardio workout video from coach Nicole (bootcamp week 1 day 1) !
I walked 20 minutes today and met a running group in the park... I'll try yo go run with them every other week (I work on saturdays evenings every other week)
To start try to get just 10 minutes of exercise. 10 minutes of exercise is a great way to start and then build up from there. So post either daily or weekly the number of minutes you exercised and the activity you chose to do.
