Hey everybody!
I'm at the gym right now. I did the following:
3 set of 10
1. Leg press
2. Seated leg curl
3. Seat leg extentions
4. Hip abductors sp
5. Hip aductors sp
Thiss was followed by that seated torso twist machine and the crunch machine. Right now I'm doing my 30 minutes of cardio on tthe bike

Yes indeed I did the jillian michaels day 1 level 1 30 day shred and I was sweating like I was in a race lol.. It felt DAMN GOOD

Did too much on Saturday, cleaning and moving boxes. Took Sunday off, a much needed day off! Back to the gym this morning, I feel so much better when I am working out on a regular basis!

I broke a sweat today at the gym, did not want to leave my warm bed, but was very happy I did once I got to the gym and got into my groove!

Yea Lynn I endeavor to be just that consistent. While I know this is a journey and I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm in it to see results. This time next year I want to be fit and maintaining the lifestyle I've chosen and what I've accomplished. I'm sure we all do, right?

My workout goal is to walk on my treadmill for 45 mins 5 days out of the week. To do 30 mins of strength training at least 3 days a week. Also to squeeze in as much of any other activity I can into my week.

10/4/09 Walked 67 mins 3.6 miles
10/5/09 Treadmill 45 mins 2.8 miles, Curves 30 mins, walked 60 mins
10/6/09 Treadmill 45 mins 2.6 miles, walked 44 mins 2.4 miles
10/7/09 Cycled 45 mins 10.7 miles, Curves 30 mins, Walked 54 mins 2.9 miles
10/8/09 Treadmill 45 mins 2.6 miles, Walked 64 mins 3.53 miles
10/9/09 Walked 60 mins 3.27 miles
10/10/09 Curves 30 mins, Cycled 45 mins, walked 46 mins

My workout goals for this week will be to strength train for 30 mins 3 days out of the week. Walk on my treadmill for 45 mins 5 days out of the week. and walk at least 2 miles 5 days out of the week. Whatever extra activity I can squeeze in there, it all helps!

9/27/09 Treadmill 45 mins, Walked 36 mins 2 miles
9/28/09 Treadmill 45 mins,Curves 30 mins, walked 70 mins 3.79 miles

9/29/09 Cycled 45 mins 11 miles, walked 53 mins 2.9 miles
9/30/09 Curves 30mins, Walked 79 mins 4.23 miles
10/1/09 Treadmill 45 mins 2.7 miles, Curves 30 mins, Walked 68 mins 3.7 miles
10/2/09 Walked 60 mins 3.25 miles
10/3/09 Walked 70 mins 3.75 miles

Ran up and down the stairs at work and then went on a 2.5 mile fast bike ride with my daughter. Did strength training after that worked up a quite of bit of sweat. Thinking about taking the dog for a little walk.

YES I DID! I rode for 1 hour and cooled down by walking a 1/2 mile, then worked on my hips and thighs.

I'll never do it again...it almost killed me! I was walking with someone who is in great shape and tried to keep up. I'm a 17.5-18.5 min miler at best!!!

It was a bit windy on Belle Isle today, but I did break a sweat...Biked 20-miles and walked 5-miles.
This weekend is the "Tour-de-Troit", 30-mile bike ride...first time for me.

Good for you Lynn. I had to increase mine a bit as well as increase my incline to get my heartrate up to where I needed it to be. The walking is paying off!
