Hi - my name's Karen (user name is a bit of a give away!) and I could do with losing 1lb a week. Weight has been creeping up since October so it's time I did something about it.
I'd be happy with half a stone in total so I'll start tomorrow.
Would start today but off to a colleague's leaving do in a good italian restaurant tonight.

Excellent! So good to have some company for the journey!

My goal is 150 pounds which is at the high range of a healthy BMI for me.

My other goal is to lose at least a pound a week.

Not in a major hurry to get to goal, but I don't want to delay it either.

Hey I'm Georgia. I'm 10st 1lb (started at 10st 7lbs), I'll do the challenge with you. I normally weigh in on Fridays, but I do keep an eye on it every couple of days :-). What's your goal? Mine is to be somewhere around 8st (I probably won't reach 8st as my hips are so wide) or at a low-healthy BMI.
