"Ordinary people believe only in the possible.
Extraordinary people visualize not what is possible or probable,
but rather what is impossible. And by visualizing the impossible,
they begin to see it as possible."

If you hover on “my trackers”, click on “other goals”, click on “add/remove fast break goals”, you will get three lists. One is to do with nutrition, one is fitness, and one is motivation. Click on a maximum of 1 thing from each list that you want to do every day. I chose go for a walk, read something motivational, and don’t snack in the evenings. The aim is to do it every single day, and see how many days you can go.

Tick each day that you do it under “other goals”. If you want the computer to keep count of the days for you, you can hover on my trackers and click on my streaks, then click start/manage streaks, and tick the boxes under track streak for the activities you want the computer to count, and tick the boxes under share on spark page (if you want to do it publicly) and you will get an icon on your page for each streak showing the number of days done. If you break your streak, it will start counting again at day 1, and also show your longest streak to date.

The idea is that once you’ve done so many days you won’t want to start your streak again at day 1, so you’ll do your daily walk (or whatever it is) even though you were tempted not to.
