I want to lose 2-3 lbs by the end of the month. It's not much but I think it's reasonable seeing as I have only joined yesterday.

From tomorrow I'll swap the cake I get from the school canteen for an apple, and then from Saturday (summer holidays) I'll swap my chocolate bar from the shop for an apple.

Damn, this is hard- going to try to change a custard cream( my downfall) for an apple. Aiming to lose 500g a week

Choose one thing you eat on a regular basis and change it for something less fattening, or healthier. I'm going to swap my full fat milk for skimmed.

Plus set yourself a weight goal for the month. I'm going for 1 lb per week.
