The cantaloupe I had from there this week was fantastic as well. And price wise - that market can only VERY rarely be beat. Be a little cautious sometimes things can be nearly overripe and spoil quickly, but if you choose carefully you'll not have any problem

I live very near Greenfield but am not usually at that Main Street intersection. The last two cantaloupes plus the last watermelon I bought were awful. Maybe I'll try a few more from that market or just a different grocery.

I wouldn't say that Grace, the last thing I ate was 2 cups of a great tasting watermelon that I picked up last week.

Have you ever heard of Superstition Springs Ranch Market? I do my produce shopping there (it's on Main just east of Greenfield on the south side of the road), and paid .15/lb for my watermelon...

One center cut pork chop on the BBQ with some homemade sauce, low in everything, a wedge of iceberg lettuce with low fat ranch dressing and some frozen peas and onions. Wow that sounds like a lot but it really wasn't but it was also damn good emoticon

California rolls, fried rice, teriyaki chicken and a little bit of ice cream.

Yeah we went overboard... :) But we'd not been out in a while. The girls are a couple of friends (we've been friends for 15 years, so almost like sisters). We had a blast, but I'm thinking I'm not eating much else today - I'm fairly stuffed at the moment.. I'll probably do another 20 minutes of workouts to help balance out the little bit extra I went over that I hadn't accounted for... But we'll see how I feel in a little bit.

The zucchini and sweet potato is really good. A little odd I know, but I wanted to up the iron and zucchini is fairly high on that, while making sure I hit pretty high on the potassium scale (thus the sweet potato) since I was eating out... :)

Zucchini and sweet potato? That's a combo I hadn't thought of...apart from the egg, that might be good with a little cinnamon.

I like to eat a good-sized meal before shopping, too. Keeps me from getting tired and hungry. Are the girls your friends or daughters?

Again with the breakfast burritos, this one was 1 scrambled egg, 1 medium tortilla 1/2 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup baked sweet potato, 1 tsp butter (to crisp up zucchini & sweet potato - kind of like hashed browns). Plus 8 oz of nonfat milk, and 1 cup cantaloupe.

I don't normally eat that much at a time, but I'm going shopping with the girls and that'll be about 3 hours of walking around the mall... I've got no idea when we'll grab lunch etc...

Wheat roll, mustard, Deli Beef 2 slices and one leaf of lettuce. But getting ready for dinner....mmmmm

Have now hit two goals! Over one year of not smoking and am below the 150lb mark! Just hit my third goal, under 140lbs! 03/27/09 hit the 50 pounds lost goal!

Mmm, I love honeynut Cheerios but today's breakfast was 1 cup cherries followed a strawberry egg protein shake. I enjoyed it -- without guilt. ;)

I can't tell emoticon , well, I guess that's not fair: it was a cupcake. Maybe wouldn't be so bad but I try to only have a treat like that once or twice a week, and Monday is not a treat day. Hmmm, well, it is late and I shouldn't be eating but I'm going to be good and just have a 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

1 medium radish
1/8 of an avocado
4 slices cucumber
1 Tablespoon homemade ranch dressing

(had a huge protein filled breakfast so had a light lunch)
