Thanks for joining me in that challenge, sweetie. It was fun. I was going to dance anyway, but was nice to know someone was joining me :D hehe

Squats are good for my thighs... I needed them! LOL This coming week is going to be brutal in other ways! YAY!

Way to go Nix! I dropped the disco ball yesterday. But danced in the kitchen today (along with a 45 min treadmill rockin' jog with nice loud music).

I guess you and I are the only ones in this, Suzy :) LOL

I have been getting down EVERY day! That includes my super strength training I have going on this week (I took a 1,000 squat challenge and I'm killing it!).

Saturday: 15 min living room
Sunday: 15 min living room
Monday: 60 min hip hop class
Tuesday: well, no dance, but 43 min indoor cycling with music, bopping along....
Wednesday: 60 min hip hop class
Thursday: --brick--
Friday: 45 min treadmill to rockin' music; 10 min dancing around to Pandora while making dinner

Love it Nix - I'm in! I will see if I can manage a few this evening. But definitely tomorrow! I did bike and swim today - my bro talked me into a mini-triathlon and I did the full swim tonight, and 12 of the 15 bike miles. Did not run as foot is hurting. But I think it can dance. :D

Hey Wigglers! :p Who wants to have a dance challenge with me? There is one more week left in this month and I challenge you all to Dance Til You Drop! I want you to dance (in any way you can or want to) every day this week. Zumba, random dancing at home, class somewhere, something... just shake it! Its fun and great for your body and, well... who doesn't love to dance?? :D

Post here how many dance minutes you have each day and whoever has the most minutes at the end of the week, WINS! There are no prizes, just an awesome feeling from lots of activity!
