maintained in the 285 to 290 range through the holidays as of my weigh in on 1/15. I will weigh again this weekend. may have shed some more, but I am definitely stronger than last month. Half marathon training is really ramping up, and I'm gettting super deeee duper excited!

I shed 10 pounds! at 285 for a few weeks now. I did my mid month weigh in & maintained the 285 since the beginning of December! woot!

65 pounds shed since resparking Sept. 2011!!!!! emoticon emoticon

Was rewarded with my consistency & increased long runs for half marathon training. 10 pounds down on Dec. 1st!!

285! Only 1 pound away from being obese instead of morbidly obese on the BMI charts. Wound be fun if I've shed another pound at tomorrow's weigh in. Regardless, my sparky ways are here to stay!! woot de woot!

Yesterday was my first "reboot" day after 2 weeks of poor choices... and today I lost 5 lb of water weight! I am so glad that I didn't gain as much weight as I thought I did (only about 2 lb instead of 7, I can easily shed that in a week if I work hard)!

I only lost .8 pounds this week. Normally every other week I lose a higher amount (above 1 pound) and last week I only lost .6 pounds so this week should have been higher. And I checked last night and had a deficit of 5,442 calories which should have been over a pound and a half. Oh well.

I'm down 8.8 pounds since I started May 29. That's still an average loss of 1.47 pounds a week. My SP plan is set up for a 1.5 pound loss a week so I guess I am still doing pretty good. I am about halfway through my 90 Day Challenge. If I continue to lose weight at this rate, I should be at a 19 pound loss by the end of the summer. This is only 1 pound off from my goal of 20. However, if my weekly loss stays below 1 pound I may be even further off. But as long as the scale continues to go in the right direction, I'm doing good. The weight might not be coming off as fast as I had hoped, but I'm proud of myself for sticking with this.

The little bit of weight I have taken off returned following my cruise! Yes, I may have been over on calories one or two or ALL of the days of the cruise.

And no purposeful work outs, though a lot of walking did occur on some days!

So, I'm back to business with renewed efforts. (SOme of those many cruise shots are very revealing!)

I am down a total of 6 pounds since the first week in May...now at 168. Having stalled for a year, I am quite happy with that loss. Now working on the next 5 pound increment...4 more to release and then I will reassess. I find that keeping my focus on just 5 pounds makes this much more doable.

I am not recording this until Friday but sure looked like another pound down - now all that I ate today may have adjusted that because of sodium.

Went to the Dr.s this morning and she was pretty impressed with my loss since the last time I saw her (since I saw her in Feb. and weighed 272 to now 240) :D She said "How in the world did you do that?" I just smiled and told her about how I've been tracking my calories and exercising...My husband was so proud of me he made sure to mention that "She isn't just exercising--she is RUNNING!" It made me feel great :D -- my bp was almost perfect too!

Another pound gone this week. Over the last two weeks I have been doing weight watchers points plus program on my own ...3 pounds gone already....woohoo...

Holding steady this week, which was actally quite good, considering I ate out twice,
Total of 5 pounds lost....going to up the ante this week with lots of swimming and fresh freggies!
