There were many air fryer posts on various blogs last year. I've been really tempted to buy one several times but managed to dissuade myself ... until last weekend. I found one for $88 that had good reviews and was mentioned in a few blog posts, so I ordered it. In anticipation of its arrival Friday, I looked at the recipes in Becky Striepe's September post (where she used the same model I ordered) and want to make the "fried" tofu right away. Baked tofu is one of my go to items for salads and bowls. I hope the air fryer will make it a bit crispier. I'm also anxious to try falafel since baking doesn't make it as crisp as I like it. If you use an air fryer and have some favorite recipes, please share!
This post has links to several tempting recipes.

PS Though not an air fryer recipe, I am very anxious to make this Falafel Mushroom Loaf (subbing an egg replacer for the egg and using a combo of more budget friendly mushrooms). It looks delicious!
