Surpassed my goals today!! emoticon

At a reception, I drank water.
I filled up on loads of veggies.
I ended the day with fitness.

Also, I made a tasty bowl of cooked oats...adding cinnamon, chunks of fresh apple and apple butter on top. emoticon

I too am sticking with the same goals as last month. I need another dose of the exact same.

1) no eating after 9pm, 5/5
2) 8 cups of water, 5/5
3) increase prayer time, 5/5
4) no fries/wedges, 4/5
