Hello Everyone! So far this year is going good for me, and it is better than 2015; however I'm learning happiness comes from the inside no matter how much money you have, materials, friends happiness is spiritual not physical. Once we are truly happy internally we will fully shine regardless of our physical nature!!

2016 is already better and its only April , 37 days i made the choice to quit smoking so that its better then last year

I am doing better this, really trying hard to stay on track. Doing different challenges so I keep motivated. Still to work on eating, not that I am not eating healthy, I am. From tracking I see I do eat more carbs than I need to, even though healthy it is just too much. I think that is why my weight just fluctuates from 209 to 210. But on the whole I am doing well.

This year I'm not going to beat myself up when I don't get something done. I'm going to do what I can each day and be happy with that. I'm going to be more positive and look at things as they are. So far this year I'm doing well. It is hard because I feel I should always do more, but I can only do what I can. I work with a friend 2-3 days a week doing musical therapy for handicap children, older adults, etc. I try and exercise at least 4 days a week, and go to water aerobics one day a week. I'm trying to go through every thing in the house to see what to keep, give away or toss. I also need to clean, etc. Last year I kept getting upset with myself because I couldn't do everything, this year it is different.

I am doing pretty well so far with the plant based diet. still making hot chocolate at night. I plan on replacing that with herbal tea starting tonight and next week I will wean myself off coffee. I missed the time limit on the RN to MSN program at work and plan on looking into a university that offers an online and satellite program for RN to BSN. I think I may apply for the satellite program because I learn better in a classroom setting and it's only 3hrs a week. I will request transcripts from the college I attended in PA at lunch today.

Find your fit...thanks so much for being such an inspiration!! I think setting weekly goals is a good idea too!!
Jeanie100 ...Great... staying positive is a great strategy something I struggle with too. Getting rid of clutter is a good idea!!

We can all do this one step at a time like Joyce said and by re-evaluating our goal once a week like our leader is doing!!

So far so good. This year I want to be more positive, believe in myself more that I can do what I set out to do. I also want to really keep going on going through the house and getting rid of what we don't need. I need to be more organized.

Now that I am living where I work I have time to exercise more. Moving brought me my exercise routine. Now if I can stay healthy and not get sick anymore, I will be able to keep up my routine that starts back up tomorrow. emoticon emoticon

I feel good about this week. Got in strength exercising 3X's and walked on the treadmill everyday. Lost 4 ounces which is better than gaining.

My goal this next week is to stay on track
