my immediate goal is to lose the 28 pounds i have gained back since september. I plan on doing that by getting back with the program. I am going to try to get back by just changing two bad habits at a time. this weeks bad habits are as follows:

1. replace sugary soft drinks with 8 cups of water daily
2. replace 10 min of setting a day with some sort of activity

may not be much but its a start!

This week cut back on calories, I am eating healthy just too much.

Ok so here it goes my long term goals for 2016 are to
1) Enroll in a RN to BSN or RN to MSN program

2) To get back to a normal BMI again

This week I will do the following to help get there :
1) Research the RN to MSN program that work offers this week

2) work out 30-45 mins everyday this week; drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday and transition back to plant based diet



Don't ever let anyone dull your sparkle.

My 2016 rewards blog has my goals, basically to get to a healthy weight this year. I got back into the routine with my morning work out this morning and it feels great to move again and be done with bronchitis finally! emoticon

January 4 - 10th!

Had an amazing week. Went the entire week with drinking emoticon only. Cut out all sugar, increased emoticon emoticon . Worked out six days a week! emoticon Felling better and looking better! emoticon emoticon

So far I'm doing really great. This entire week I have consumed water only. I have worked out everyday straight for a week now. I have incorporating juicing into my diet and protein shakes. I feel good and starting to look better already. This is the way to start the New Years Off right!! emoticon

I don't make "resolutions" that I can't/won't keep. I'm setting small term goals. Daily goals, at this point, to reach. If I can reach these goals daily, then I'll set my sights a little higher towards a medium term goal. Baby steps. It worked for me once. It will work for me again.

I make small goals and as I reach them add another. I goal is to weigh 200 by March 11th.
To do strength exercises at least 2x's a week. Limit computer time, stay focused and prioritize my time better

**************What I would like to do in this forum is for everyone to post their very own specific 2016 New Year Challenge********

The reason for this is that all of our needs are different. Some of us may already be at our weight goal, some of us may want to get a new job, or heck even a new car....Whatever it is let us post it here and motivate one another!!!! Let's try and keep this as updated as possible. Let's first start by posting our "Resolution" and go from there and update this thread at least weekly with your progress!! I will go first...

@FINDYOURFIT New Years Resolution is to become free of pre-diabetes and to hit my first short term goal of 180 pounds!!! To accomplish this I'm exercising 60 minutes a day emoticon five days a week, and cutting out sugar and processed foods. emoticon
