My 2016 goals

To do strength exercises at least 2xs a week, very weak in this area
Drink 6-8 glasses of water
To do 6000-8000 steps a day working toward 10,000
To lose 10.5 by March 11

My personal challenge is to keep positive and to not let myself become to serious about things that don't go right. I need to let go when I fail at something and keep going instead of beating myself up. Sometimes that is hard.

My personal challenge goals is losing at least 10 to 20 pounds by November. I also want to try to drink more water. The most I can drink now is three 8 oz cups of water. I want to see my stomach and ab area go down some. I am self conscience when it comes to this area. Especially after three C-sections and the gift of love handles my kids left me. lol. I want to be able to wear an outfit and feel sexy. emoticon

My personal goals:

Lose 6 pounds...ten would be really optimistic for me.
Keep calories under 1500 but under 1350 five days of the week.
Don't eat after 8 pm.
Keep fruits to two a day and bump veggies over 6 regularly.
In addition to my cardio all days do strength training 2 days a week fornthe first 30 days and bump that up to 3 after that.

1. cardio 30 minutes at least 5 days a week in the morning
2. walk at least 45 minutes 3 times a week
3 stay between 1200-15oo calories
4. stop late night snaking with my husband

Short term:
To lose 10 lbs
To drink at least 64 oz of water daily
To eat at least 5 to 6 servings of fruit and vegetables daily
To keep as active as possible every day

To drop 15 pounds!! emoticon



#1 Exercise 1 hour a day. Possibly an additional 15 minutes before bedtime "Pilates or Yoga"
#2 Not to intake no more than 1400 calories daily.
#3 Limit my "Starbucks Frappachino to (1) weekly emoticon
