(Sorry I let the team down and myself. It wouldn't have been that hard to
meet the 5% Challenge or at least come close if I had really tried. My weight has
really shot up since this time last year. Time for some new goals and a renewed
commitment. Congratulations to everyone that lost weight during this challenge and
even stayed the same with no gains. You are awesome! For those like me that
didn't meet their goals, it's a new day so let's go for it!)

Thanks to our great team leaders for all of their hard work and support during the last
few weeks. WooHoo to you guys!

Starting Weight 3/17: 143.8 (but was 142.8 yesterday...thinking it is the asian food)
3/24: 141.8 (I know some of it was water retention, but I'm happy!)
3/31: missed weigh-in
4/7: 141 (not as much as I had hoped, but right direction!)
4/14: was out of town, but no change (sigh)
4/21:141 (still no change on the scale, but -4 inches overall)
4/28: 139.8 (yes! finally got under by 2 oz ;-)
5/5:138 (and I used to think this was heavy - now I'm happy!)

4/21 - Moving my stats over to the maintenance page. I should've started the challenge over there but I was too ambitious. Maybe once I'm done with long distance training my body will stop holding onto the pounds
